At Martial Arts Desk SpA ("we", "the Company"), we are committed to protecting our users' privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use our platform ("the Platform"), in compliance with Chilean Law No. 19,628 on Protection of Private Life and other applicable regulations.

We use your personal data exclusively to:
- Provide the service: manage your account, process payments, record attendance and promotions
- Service communications: send notifications about payments, class reminders and Platform updates
- Support: respond to inquiries and resolve technical issues
- Improvements: analyze Platform usage to improve the experience (aggregated and anonymous data)
- Legal obligations: comply with legal or regulatory requirements
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your data is based on:
- Contract performance: the data is necessary to provide the contracted service
- Consent: granted when creating your account and accepting these terms
- Legitimate interest: to improve the security and operation of the Platform
- Legal obligation: when the law requires us to retain certain data
5. Data Sharing
We only share data with third parties in the following cases:
- Payment processors: Stripe and/or Transbank (WebPay) to process transactions. These providers have their own privacy policies and security certifications (PCI DSS)
- Infrastructure providers: hosting and storage services that process data under our instructions and with confidentiality agreements
- Legal requirements: when required by a court order or competent authority

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

- Communications encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Authentication tokens with automatic expiration

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account on the Platform. After account cancellation:
- You will have 30 days to export your data
- Data will be deleted from our active systems within 60 days
- Backups containing your data will be deleted within a maximum of 90 days
- Data required by legal or tax obligations may be retained for the period required by law
8. Your Rights
In accordance with Chilean legislation, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: request the deletion of your personal data
- Objection: object to the processing of your data in certain cases
- Portability: receive your data in a structured and commonly used format (CSV/Excel)

We only use essential technical cookies to:

We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
10. Children's Data
The Platform may store data of minor practitioners, entered by academy administrators. The academy administrator is responsible for obtaining authorization from the parent or legal guardian for entering this data. We do not collect data from minors directly.
11. International Data Transfer
Your data may be processed on servers located outside Chile (Germany/European Union). In these cases, we ensure that providers comply with adequate protection standards through specific data processing agreements.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legislation. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. The current version will always be available on this page.
